User List Collapse
Users have been requesting this feature for a long time and we are happy to announce it is ready! User list collapse ensures that customers can add a chat room to small spaces. It will allow chatters to control and collapse the users’ list option.
It has two main parts:
- Chat Client
In the chat client, you will see an additional icon that allows one to collapse the user’s list:
- Admin Panel
Here, you can set the collapse option for admins only if you prefer:
Mobile iPhone fixes
We have also improved our mobile offering for iPhone users. We solved the main auto expand bug in iPhone as well as the private chat bug that prevented typing messages.
Improved WebRTC
We have reduced the waiting time for connecting calls
Image Auto Resizing
We added new functionality that will reduce an image uploaded to the chat with no quality reduction. This will improve the loading time of images shared during any conversation.
